- To improve my communication skills – by writing my thoughts, I get a better sense of how my brain processes information and structure them into blocks. I am also more aware of how I tell stories to an audience. AI in WordPress is awesome because it tells me when I’m being too wordy. It also tells me when my sentences are too long or the words I use are complex. I love it!
- To capture and memorialize important events in my life. When I read my old posts, it’s like getting inside a time capsule. I relive the memories. I also remember the lessons I learned. I remember feeling the feelings.
- To document lessons learned and have something to refer back to.
- To become more grounded and self aware. Listing things I am grateful for helps me appreciate what I have. Writing down things I want to do helps me appreciate where I am and gives me clarity.
